Alexandre Taillefer

Alexandre Taillefer is a recognized entrepreneur and businessman in the domains of information technology, video games, and multimedia. He was the president and founder of Intellia, an organization that, inside of several years, emerged as a leader in the development of internet applications in Canada. Subsequently, he became the Executive Vice-President in charge of strategy at Nurun, a division of Quebecor Media, before going onto become the Founding President of Hexacto, a developer of mobile games that was sold to JAMDAT in 2003. As President of JAMDAT Mobile Canada, he led the company until its acquisition by Electronic Arts in February 2006.

Since January 2007, Mr. Taillefer has been a partner in Stingray Digital Group, a company specialized in digital media. He is also the President of the Board of Directors of the Opéra de Montréal, member of the Board of Directors for Atoka Cranberries and of the SDEVM (Société de développement économique de Ville-Marie) and member of the acquisitions committee at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
