To support the CCA’s mission of convening multidisciplinary knowledge to advance the public interest, the CCA recognizes the responsibility and importance of drawing on a range of evidence, knowledge, and experiences to inform our reports. As a part of the assessment process, the CCA is committed to valuing Indigenous knowledges and teachings and including this evidence in our assessments, supporting Indigenous Peoples’ role in evidence-informed decision-making, and thus improving the quality of CCA reports.
