Louisa Greco

Louisa is distinguished senior business leader who has led in senior roles across healthcare and consumer businesses. She is currently a Senior Advisor, RTS practice, at McKinsey & Company. Prior to that, she served as President and Managing Director at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Group of Companies in Canada. Under her leadership, the business achieved a number one ranking in the Advantage Survey, an external customer evaluation, in 2015 and 2016.

In 2015, the business was recognized as a Top 100 Employer and a Top 10 Canadian Brand, both first-time achievements. Louisa is passionate about building teams, advancing innovation, and enabling analytics and technology as central to strategy. She stands out for her commitment to talent, for her curiosity, courage, and compassion.

Louisa has served multiple industry associations as a board member. She currently serves as a member of 30% Club Advisory Committee, Women in Philanthropy for Providence Advisory Team, an Advisor for Delivra and as Academic Mentor for the Rotman School of Management.
