News Release: Expert Panel Recognizes Canada’s International Obligation with Respect to Arctic Science

November 5, 2008 – An international expert panel appointed by the Council of Canadian Academies has concluded that Canada has an international obligation with respect to arctic science. In a report released today, the panel discusses the proposed science priorities for a Canadian Arctic Research Initiative (CARI).
